Welcome to our little corner of the internet , We are growers of summer truffles otherwise known as burgundy Truffles (tuber aestivum / Uncinatum) and Winter Truffles ( Tuber Melanosporum ) otherwise known as Perigord Truffles.
We planted our orchard over the winter of 2008/9 and had a fairly long wait for our first crop in 2016. Our truffles are top quality the aroma and taste are unique to wales. We currently supply up-market restaurants and eateries all over Wales and the Uk. We were the first to cultivate the summer truffle in Wales and the first to cultivate the winter perigord truffle in the United Kingdom.
