100 grams of ground truffle containing millions of spores , Growing instructions below . This inoculum is made up of hundreds of individual truffles ensuring both male and female spores are present . Add half of the spores to a bag of your favourite compost along with garden lime to bring the mixture up to a PH of 7.3 -7.9 . (small electronic ph meters are available very cheaply on the internet)Then add your acorn or hazel nut to a pot and add inoculated peat and leave to sprout . once the sapling has reached 3-4 inches in height remove from soil and rinse under cold water then dust the root system in a pinch of remaining inoculum and replant in pot and store in potting shed , once the sapling has grown to 6 inches it is ready to be planted outside with a tree guard . Please note this process is not 100% guaranteed and you will be in for a long wait for truffles (it took us 8 years) And more importantly your trees will not produce truffles if the soil your planting your saplings into does not have ph of 7.3 to 7.9 One 100g pot of inoculum is enough for one 20 litre bag of compost. *

IMPORTANT

MAKE SURE YOUR SOIL IS THE CORRECT PH OR YOUR PROJECT WILL FAIL!
