are committed to making certain that all transmissions are error free.
Nonetheless, we are unable to offer a guarantee in this regard. The

13. Many of our products are artisan and handmade, therefore we
advertise them as +/-, which means that products may vary within a 10%
range of the stated weight.

When ordering goods from this website for delivery overseas you may be

be at any time. The Welsh Truffle company can't and will not accept
responsibility for orders that are delayed or stopped by local customs
and/or border control.
Returns
Fresh truffles are non returnable as they are classed as perishable , Other product
returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. The
products must be returned in their original condition.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellations must be made before 11am on your Dispatch
Date - see your Order Confirmation email and Order History for details.
The Welsh Truffle Company cannot cancel or refund orders for the following
products, which are non-returnable once we have sourced them for you:

Please make sure you are happy with your basket before making payment
and completing your order. Please check your Order Confirmation email
to review the details of the order that you have submitted. The Welsh Truffle Company cannot be held liable for acting in good faith on correct
information received.
Royal Mail - PLEASE NOTE that we package and dispatch goods in good
faith based on information received at time of purchase, and we are
unable to change any delivery information with respect to Royal Mail
shipping once goods have been dispatched. However, we can usually amend
delivery address details prior to dispatch *if we are notified

Delivery charges will be quoted by phone for all orders. Restrictions
